Build the Best. Be the Best. FLATIRON
October 10, 2011
Mr. Phil Camenisch
3701 Weld County Rd 20 1/2
Longmont, CO 80404
Re: Camenish Borrow Pit Acceptance
Phil,
Flatiron has reviewed the Camenish Borrow Pit Reclamation with the Division of Mining
for close out mining pit operations. Upon review of the site, the Division requires signed
approval of the land for any remaining stockpiles of material. This letter confirms your
request for the small stockpile of gravel material left on the eastern side of site for your
use.
The Division has also requested conformation on plans to fill the pit with water and
submerge slopes underwater. Based on our conversations, it is our understanding that
you intend to fill the pit to within approximately 5ft of pit capacity with water.
FLATI
ON
Justin DuMond PE
Project Manager
TORS, INC
Land Owner
Flatiron Constructors, Inc.
10188 E. 1 -25 Frontage Rd
Firestone, CO 80504
303 485 4050 MAIN
303 485 7684 FAx
www.flatironcorp.com
C menish
An Equal Opportunity Employer A HOCHTIEF Company
