Stripping limit is determined by the District Manager. <br />2. The surface plug must be set to ground surface, <br />except in plowed fields, where the plug must be set <br />below plow depth. <br />3. Holes must be backfilled with as many cuttings as <br />possible. <br />4. Excess cuttings must be leveled and dispersed evenly <br />over the surface surrounding the hole, or cuttings may be <br />hauled away to an approved disposal site. <br />ITEM A <br />
