This memorandum follows <br />up on adequacy issues raised by Mr. Cazier in a previous memorandum dated August 22, <br />2011. As you have requested, I have re- stated below each adequacy question, and then <br />provided a substantive response. <br />Attachment D -2, Portal Collapse Repair Work Plan May Day No. 1 <br />Adequacy Issue No. 1. <br />The Applicant has proposed to resolve this adequacy issue in a follow -up Technical <br />Revision (TR) or Amendment (AM), to be submitted subsequent to the approval and <br />issuance of CN -01. The three bulleted responses to this adequacy issue presented in the <br />subject response letter shall be included in the revised Work Plan. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 1. <br />Wildcat will incorporate the three bulleted responses to this adequacy issue into <br />Attachment D -2 as described in its Response to Adequacy Issue No. 1, August 22, 2011 <br />Cazier Memorandum. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 2. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue. However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this work plan adequacy issue via the TR or AM process.
