Revised Prince Albert Mine POO COC -75092 Page 2 of 2
With regard to this revised Prince Albert Mine POO submittal, Rimrock decided to review their
proposed exploration operations in support of the Prince Albert Mine and determined that a
"reasonable" exploration drilling area in direct support of the underground mining operation that
could be accessed by the existing Prince Albert Mine decline portal would be limited to a total of
eleven of the named Prince Albert mining claims. The boundary of the updated Prince Albert
Mine Project Area is depicted on the attached revised Figure 1 "General Location Map" and
described in the attached revised Section 7.0 "Surface Exploration Drilling." Rimrock chose to
revise the extent of the proposed Prince Albert Mine Project Area because a significant portion of
the Prince Albert named claims and all of the Peak named claims included in the proposed
08/11/11 Prince Albert Mine POO are leased by Rimrock to another mining company and not
currently under the direct control of Rimrock. Also, any ore discovered by surface exploration
drilling on a significant portion of the Prince Albert Project Area as depicted in the proposed
08/11/11 POO could not be mined effectively from the existing Prince Albert Mine decline portal
and would have to be accessed from a new underground access point. Only the eleven Prince
Albert named claims that are included in this (09/14/11) version of the POO are considered
reasonably accessible for underground mining operations from the existing Prince Albert Mine
site decline portal.
Please contact me at 970 - 864 -7455 with any questions regarding the revisions to the proposed
Plan of Operations for the Prince Albert Mine or the information in the plan. Alternatively, if I
cannot be reached, then please call Alan Chiles at 970 - 417 -1239 for information.
Thank You,
Timothy W.
