This revised POO includes revisions to the Table of
Contents, Figure 1 and Figure 2, and Section 7.0 "Surface Exploration Drilling."
These documents are submitted in response to the letter dated September 2, 2011 sent by the
USBLM UFO to Rimrock Exploration and Development, Inc. (Rimrock) regarding certain
omission(s) that the UFO had noted regarding the proposed Prince Albert Mine POO received by
the UFO on August 11, 2011. Specifically, the 09/02/11 letter stated that no further review could
be done on the submitted Prince Albert Mine POO until the Prince Albert Project area boundary
had been defined and depicted on a map. The letter also stated that the POO Project area must
include "...a reasonable exploration drilling area...." as a part of the POO in order for the UFO to
perform an adequate environmental assessment.
With regard to the omissions as defined by the UFO in the 09/02/11 letter, please note that the
original 08/11/11 Prince Albert Mine POO submittal had included both of these requested items as
an integral part of the proposed Prince Albert Mine POO. The proposed project area boundary was
defined by the claim block diagram depicted on the Figure 1 "General Location Map" and the
description of the proposed project area included in the POO Section 7.0 "Surface Exploration
Drilling." Section 7.0 also discussed the incorporation of the existing COC -68758 Notice surface
exploration drilling project and as yet undefined future drilling into the proposed Prince Albert
Mine POO.
