Dear Ms. Decker,
Attached please find the submittal to the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and
Safety ( "DRMS ") for Technical Revision No. 62 ( "TR -62 ") to Amendment No. 9 to Permit M-
1980 -244.
This information is submitted to Teller County as a No- Impact Technical Revision under Section
8.A.2. of the Teller County Land Use Regulations, Appendix A, Cripple Creek Mining Overlay
District.
Section 8.A.2 also refers to the criteria of Section 8.B.3. In summary, the proposed Technical
Revision #62, pertaining to the LOB (Load Out Bin) Liner System Enhancements and VLF
(Valley Leach Facility) Phase 4C Berm Raise, shows:
a. There is no increase in the affected acreage of the State Permit.
b. The change remains within the State Permit boundary.
c. There is no material change in the State Permit, or the approved post mining land use.
d. No additional demands on Teller County services or infrastructure.
e. No impact on adjoining land uses.
f. No impact to Standards of Section 7.
g. Terms and conditions of MDP are not impacted.
h. All changes part of approved MDP.
