In summary, the proposed Technical <br />Revision #62, pertaining to the LOB (Load Out Bin) Liner System Enhancements and VLF <br />(Valley Leach Facility) Phase 4C Berm Raise, shows: <br />a. There is no increase in the affected acreage of the State Permit. <br />b. The change remains within the State Permit boundary. <br />c. There is no material change in the State Permit, or the approved post mining land use. <br />d. No additional demands on Teller County services or infrastructure. <br />e. No impact on adjoining land uses. <br />f. No impact to Standards of Section 7. <br />g. Terms and conditions of MDP are not impacted. <br />h.
