Neither <br />process solution application, nor process solution storage will occur in the areas covered by <br />the proposed new liner composite system. This project will include the installation of single - <br />sided textured 80 mil Linear Low Density Polyethylene ( "LLDPE "), installed by a qualified <br />liner contractor under the same specifications used on the VLF. Incidentally, the textured <br />LLDPE will be installed with the textured side down. <br />
