The following adequacy issues pertaining to the access road must be addressed to the
satisfaction of the Division prior to staff recommending approval of CN -01.
1. In response to most of the Division's adequacy issues, the Applicant has agreed to modify Exhibit
D – Mining Plan, Attachment 1– New Access Road Construction Work Plan. Please provide an
updated and complete copy of the work plan for verification of these modifications.
2. In response to adequacy issue no. 2, the Applicant states Wildcat has corrected references to
Attachment 6.5.3. However, the Applicant did not correct the reference on page 5, Pre -
Construction Activities, second bullet "at the approximate location shown in Attachment 6.5 -3
Figure 5" in the response. Please correct the inconsistency to avoid confusion in the future.
4. In response to adequacy issue no. 8, the Applicant states the locations of the test borings
proposed by Wildcat are shown on Exhibit 6.5 -3. See question #3 above. If the Applicant
intended to refer to Figure 6.5 -3, the location of the borings and test pits not located in the road
are illegible due to the size of the map and contour line spacing used by the Applicant. Please
provide a legible access road boring and test pit location map for Division review.
3. In response to adequacy issue no. 7, the Applicant states Wildcat will correct the reference to
Attachment 6.5 -3 Figure 5 to "Exhibit 6.5 -3 ". The Division did not receive Exhibit 6.5 -3.
