The Board has appointed Ms. <br />Sandra Brown to preside as Pre - hearing Conference Officer. <br />The Division's deadline for issuing a recommendation on CN -01 has been extended from <br />September 26, 2011, to October 19, 2011. On or before October 19, 2011, the Division will <br />issue its recommendation to the Board for approval, approval with conditions or denial of the <br />application for CN -01.
