4. Resolved.
5. Resolved.
6. Resolved.
New Item: This concern arose when the Division determined which areas of the Phase II release
request area would not be eligible for bond release because of the land slides in those areas. Three
of the originally submitted vegetation sampling data transects fell in the excluded areas and cannot
be used to demonstrate revegetation success in the bond release application.
7. Three more transects (7, 11, and 27) that were in the land slide areas will need to be removed
from the data, since the land slide areas will not be eligible for Phase II bond release. David
Buckner (ESCO) emailed a summary of the remaining 26 transects to the Division, but the data
will need to be incorporated into the application. Please update the narrative and ESCO
report to include the data and summarization of the 26 eligible transects in the bond release
area.
Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,
c. Pages 5 and 6 give conflicting values for the Steep Mountain Brush Extended Reference
Area; Table 3 says 17.5 percent and Table 1 says 17.3 percent. Please revise the tables for
consistency.
Susan L. Burgmaier
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Brock Bowles, DRMS
