Reclamation Plan <br />Exhibit E <br />Primary access road in the permit area is immediately off of County Road 124. This road base <br />area is approximately 50 feet wide and approximately 1,875 feet long. Road reclamation closure <br />activities are identified below. The road construction work plan is summarized in Attachment D- <br />1. <br />• Grading of Existing Access Roads <br />Pre - existing access roads within the 50 foot corridor will be graded and reseeded. The 50 foot <br />wide corridor occupies approximately 9.5 acres. These roads are permanent and will not be rec- <br />laimed. <br />• May Day No. 2 Bench - Run of Mine Rock Storage <br />This bench area is approximately 0.5 acre and is within the May Day No. 2 Operational Area. <br />The rock storage site will be designed and reclaimed in accordance with the criteria presented in <br />Exhibit D. <br />• Installation of Stormwater Best Management Practice Structures <br />Stormwater control structures will be installed as outlined in Exhibit U. <br />• Repair of May Day No. 1 will require the installation of stormwater BMPs and seeding areas dis- <br />turbed by construction activities. <br />• Mill Retrofit requires no interim reclamation. <br />• Ore Stockpile Processing <br />The ore stockpiles (Figure D -2) located at: <br />o May Day No. 2 bench (May Day No 2 Operational Area); <br />o Idaho No. 1 bench (Idaho Operational Area); and, <br />o Lamb bench (May Day No. 3 Operational Area). <br />will be processed in the mill, requiring no interim reclamation. <br />• Augmentation Pond Construction <br />The one acre foot augmentation storage pond will be constructed in an area identified on Figure <br />C -4 as outlined in Attachment D -6. <br />• Reclamation Activities of Little Deadwood Gulch at May Day No. 2 and Chief Operational Areas <br />will be reclaimed as outlined in Exhibit 6.5. <br />Phase 2 - Milling Optimization <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation <br />112d Permit — May Day Idaho Mine Complex <br />Revised August, 2011 <br />Exhibit E — Rule 6.4.5 <br />DEN 97,615,521v1 9 -26 -11 <br />Page 18 of 21 <br />
