The Financial <br />Warranty for this operation is $287,500.00 and the permitted <br />area is 689.01 ac. ± and the pit is divided into 19 Reclamation <br />Phases. The bond was reevaluated by the Division when the <br />Technical Revision was approved in May 2009. Reclamation is <br />progressing as approved in the permit. <br />As required in Rule 6.7 the mine permit sign has been <br />installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been <br />outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. <br />Boundaries and corner markers were checked on 8/29/11 and found <br />to be in place. <br />Please refer to the attached maps for the location of the <br />areas discussed in this report. These maps do not show the <br />entire permit area, only the areas south and north of the river <br />affected by the operation at this time. We will deal <br />specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as <br />outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />(1) Please refer to Map 1 of 2 for the areas discussed below. <br />Mining was completed in Stage F south of the river this <br />year. The Plant Site in Stages W, Z and 2 is still in use <br />(tan). A portion of Stage 2 - PART A owned by Whitewater <br />Building Materials remains unmined on the east side of the <br />SEP 23 2011 <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />4 Mining and Safety <br />
