"A Financial Warranty was submitted for the project in the amount of $24, 740.00. ... <br />Please provide the estimate and supporting documentation used to establish the <br />$24, 740.00 amount." <br />• In regards to abandonment of the drill holes, a regional drilling company was <br />contacted and asked to provide a quote. The quote was to include plugging a drill - <br />hole 2,800 ft. in depth x 4 inches diameter and mobilization costs from Montrose, <br />Colorado. See Attachment C: Quotation provided by San Juan Drillers, Inc. of <br />$21,540.17 per hole. This quotation correlates with the Bentonite Tablet Cost Page <br />and Bentonite Tablet Reference Table at the bottom of the page. The remaining <br />$3,199.25 was estimated for road re- closure. This was estimated by calling local <br />equipment operators for rates to mobilize from Gunnison to the project area for the <br />task of excavating "tank traps" to effect the re- closure of two road segments. See #7 <br />below. <br />7. "The Division cannot calculate a reclamation liability estimate due to the insufficient <br />information provided in the NoI application at this time." <br />• On behalf of Tomichi Resources, LLC, Gault Group LLC formally requests a 60 -day <br />extension from the deficiency response date set forth in the July 20, 2011 letter. This <br />request will allow the Forest Service and Tomichi Resources to clarify and formally <br />respond to questions the Division has regarding disturbance area assessment and road <br />decommissioning prescription to appropriately calculate the financial warranty bond <br />for surface disturbance. <br />8. "The Financial Warranty form submitted to the Division has two deficiencies within the <br />form." <br />• See the attachment D letter from the Divisions Financial Warranty department which <br />confirms the deficiencies have been resolved and the submitted bond warranty has <br />been deposited into the State Treasury. <br />Lastly, responding to the additional Notice of Deficiency sent by the Division on July 25, 2011. <br />See Attachment E: revised contact information pages 1 and 2 from Form 2 (Public File) of the <br />NoI to Conduct Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock/ Metal Mines. There are two <br />typographical errors on the aforementioned pages in the original submittal. The Prospector <br />address on item #I.8 and claimant address on item #I. 12 should read 3704 E. 134 Court. The <br />telephone number for item #I.8 should read (303) 669 -2351.
