The <br />Divisions comments are provided individually in italics followed by the response. <br />1. "The application notes 0 acres of disturbance. ... 0 area of disturbance is not accepted <br />and the Division is requesting a re- assessment of the disturbance area. ...provide <br />documentation from the Forest Service supporting the area of disturbance assessment for <br />consistency." <br />• See item #7 below. <br />2. "Page 6, (11) and Attachment B, (3) note existing roads will not need reclamation, but <br />then notes that roads designated for Forest Service decommissioning will be. Please <br />provide documentation for Forest Service specifications of the proposed work, and <br />written acceptance from Forest Service of this proposal. ... is necessary for the Division <br />to calculate a financial warranty amount." <br />• See item #7 below. <br />3. "... Please provide proper proof of notification to Gunnison County Commissioners." <br />• See Attachment A: United States Postal Service Certified Mail Receipt and proof of <br />delivery. <br />4. " Please provide written Forest Service approval or acceptance for the housing of the <br />crew proposed in Attachment B,(4)." ... may be necessary... to incorporate into <br />calculations for the financial warranty... " <br />• From Attachment B,(4) of the July, 2011 NoI: "The project crew will be housed on <br />fee land adjacent to the project — site." The term fee land or fee simple refers to an <br />estate in land.
