Amount of water the potential groundwater right is anticipated to yield based on permit <br />conditions, aquifer pump test, available augmentation quantity (on a weekly or monthly <br />basis), with consideration for dry years <br />c. Sources, quantities, rates, and timing of water filling the augmentation ponds and the <br />process ponds <br />d. Drilling /extraction demands <br />e. Evaporation losses from augmentation, process, and firefighting water storage ponds <br />f Source and quantity of clean groundwater needed to keep the chemical concentration of <br />the recycled water at a level effective for leaching operations <br />g. Dust mitigation demands including specific areas and quantities of demands <br />h. Irrigation demands for reclamation of areas to be restored prior to mine closure <br />i. Sanitary needs <br />E.
