Full mine site from CR 124 access point to mine locations <br />2. Location of property lines <br />3. Location, width, and reception numbers for easements (utilities, access, railroad, etc.) <br />4. Location of existing utilities <br />5. Location of existing and proposed improvements including both bases of operations, parking, <br />key mining operations, buildings, material storage areas, snow storage areas, etc <br />6. Location of all project water sources, operation process water storage areas, augmentation <br />ponds, transmission lines, and fire - fighting water storage <br />7. Proposed drainage including rough topographic contours <br />C. Well aquifer pump tests demonstrating reliable supply for the permitted wells proposed for the <br />project. <br />1. LPLUC 82- 186(d) outlining county requirements for aquifer testing is attached for reference <br />D. <br />A Comprehensive Water Balance for the mining operation as discussed above. <br />1. <br />Water balance, based on review of submittal materials, needs to include at a minimum: <br />a. <br />Amount of water the existing surface right is anticipated to yield based on seniority and <br />available augmentation quantity (on a weekly or monthly basis), with consideration for dry <br />years <br />b. Amount of water the potential groundwater right is anticipated to yield based on permit <br />conditions, aquifer pump test, available augmentation quantity (on a weekly or monthly <br />basis), with consideration for dry years <br />c. Sources, quantities, rates, and timing of water filling the augmentation ponds and the <br />process ponds <br />d. Drilling /extraction demands <br />e. Evaporation losses from augmentation, process, and firefighting water storage ponds <br />f Source and quantity of clean groundwater needed to keep the chemical concentration of <br />the recycled water at a level effective for leaching operations <br />g. Dust mitigation demands including specific areas and quantities of demands <br />h. Irrigation demands for reclamation of areas to be restored prior to mine closure <br />i. Sanitary needs <br />E. Comments from San Juan Basin Health regarding acceptability of proposed septic system <br />arrangement <br />VI. Submittals Newly Requested Based on May 20, 2011 Class II Materials <br />A. DOWR permit for groundwater well decreed by case 80CW133 <br />B.
