The current page 6 is copied onto the back of page 5; SCC submitted a single sided page <br />for the revised page 6. Please resubmit a two -sided copy that has page 5 on the front, <br />and 6 on the back. <br />15. Page 9 -1 -i of Appendix 9 -1 includes reference to Table 9 -1 -4, which is proposed for <br />deletion. Please revise this page to indicate that Table 9 -1 -4 has been deleted. <br />16. Please submit a revised page 9 -1 -4 that indicates the page is intentionally blank. Note <br />that this page is the back side of Page 9 -1 -3, so it should be submitted with 9 -1 -3 on the <br />front. <br />Tab 10 <br />17. The pagination of the revised pages does not coincide with the currently approved <br />application. Appendices 10 -5 through 10 -8, TAHR vegetation information, should be removed and <br />a page of explanation for the removal inserted in each place. <br />Tab 13 <br />19. Pages 16 and 17 should be revised to remove the discussion of the stream buffer zone <br />associated with the TAHR. <br />20. SCC proposes removal of page 21, but does not account for page 22 that is on the back <br />of currently approved page 21. Please resubmit an "intentionally blank" page 21 with <br />page 22 on the back side. <br />21. Please resubmit an "intentionally blank" page 25 with <br />page 26 on the back side. <br />22. Page 30 references the Coal Carrier Access Road as a permanent feature, and refers the <br />reader to Exhibit 13.11 -7, which will be removed with the proposed revision. Page 36 <br />also includes a reference to this road. Please revise pages 30 and 36 to delete the <br />references to the coal carrier access road.
