In the preliminary review of the submitted materials the Division identified the following
discrepancies between the various copies, specific to Exhibit A, Legal Description:

On September 9, 2011, the Division received response to its fifth adequacy letter for CN -01 at
the May Day Idaho Mine Complex, M- 1981 -185. The response, submitted by Wildcat Mining
Corporation (Applicant and Operator), was submitted with three copies, totaling four copies.
One of the copies was digitally recorded into the Division's official records and subsequently
forwarded to the Division's office in Durango for review. The three remaining copies were
distributed at the Division's office in Denver for review.
• Two of the copies provided an Exhibit A, which included five pages of text and three
figures. The three figures were survey maps prepared by Mountain Man Surveying.
• One of the copies provided an Exhibit A, which was limited to five pages of text and did
not include the three figures.
• One of the copies did not include an Exhibit A but did provide the three figures from
Mountain Man Surveying.
The imaged copy included the three figures from Mountain Man Surveying but did not include
the five pages of text labeled as Exhibit A. Therefore, the full Exhibit A, including the five pages
of text and the three figures are attached and hereby incorporated into the official record.
