This <br />,letter is enclosed for your review. <br />19.) According to your application, the proposed operation will be completed by 2030. The definition of <br />prospecting in accordance with Rule 1.1 (43) indicates the purpose of prospecting activities is to search <br />for or investigate a mineral deposit to extract samples prior to commencement of development or <br />extraction operations. The time frame proposed in the application seems longer than necessary if the <br />purpose of the prospecting activities is to eventually commence development or extraction activities. <br />Please clarify the intended time frame for the operation. <br />Please be advised the Bear Hug NOI application may be deemed inadequate, and the application may be <br />denied on November 14, 2011 unless the above - mentioned review items are addressed to the satisfaction <br />of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete your reply, the Division can grant an <br />extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a written waiver of your right to a <br />decision by November 14, 2011 and request for additional time.
