FLAG RESOURCES, INC.
GOLDMAN PIT - M -1 978 -279
SEPTMESER 7, 201 1
This change caused us to review and discuss the reclamation plan for the mine with the
landowner to make sure they agreed. They decided that they would like us to leave the flat area
on the mine floor that as a graveled area so they can use it for equipment parking and storage as
allowed in the Garfield County Agricultural Zone District. This change will leave approximately
2.00 acres ± of graveled area, so instead of revegetating the entire permit area we plan leave the
top of the oil production platform and the remaining level mine floor as graveled areas and slope,
grade and seed the remaining 5.20 ± acres as required in the approved reclamation plan. The
sight berm along Couty Road 335 (west side) will remain to screent he parking area fromthe
road. A revised Reclamation Plan Map is supplied showing the areas to be graveled and seeded
for the mine
Attached is a check for the $216.00 Technical Revision fee and if you have any questions
please call me at the above number or Steve O'Brian of Environment, Inc., at (303) 423 -7297.
Sincerely,
Flag Resources, Inc.
Fred Frei,
President
cc Environment, Inc.
File
enclosureS
PAGE 2
TECHNICAL REVISION
