Inc. <br />dba flag Sand A Gravel <br />1412 Count y,Xoad 311 <br />X Goldman Pit, Permit # M -1978 -279 .�,I ,'�r � <br />chnical Revision j — � �—' �$ LA 6 ✓ 4' I Hid �' 't <br />'ice —ra7S 27 <br />RECEIVED <br />SEP 0 9 2011 <br />GRAND JUNCTION OF C OFFICE <br />�� RECLAMATION MINING & SAFETY <br />SFP <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining end Safety <br />This Technical Revision was prepared in response to your inspection report dated 6/8/11. <br />In the inspection report the Division noted that an oil well drilling pad had been constructed on <br />the east side of the permit area and advised that we file a Technical Revision to address this <br />minor change. <br />In July 2010 Antero Resources Piceance Corp. construction a oil facility drilling pad on <br />the eastern side of the Goldman Pit permit area under a lease with the current landowners. At <br />this time 4 gas /oil wells have been completed, but this pad will eventually be the location of 12 <br />gas /oil wells and their support facilities. The 1.30 acre ± flat area of the pad has been graveled <br />and will not be revegetated since it will be used as the operations area for the drilling activities <br />and post drilling production facility. The slope into the bottom of the mine is approximately 3:1 <br />and the south slope from the original ground surface to the pad is approximately 3:1. The <br />completed slopes were reclaimed in late July 2010 (green) when Antero Oil seeded the slopes <br />and placed jute mats over the seeded area. <br />
