As you have requested, I <br />have re- stated below each adequacy question, and then provided a substantive response. <br />Attachment D -2, Portal Collapse Repair Work Plan May Day No. 1 <br />Adequacy Issue No. 1. <br />Page 4, second to last paragraph, the applicant states Wildcat will obtain approval from <br />DRMS prior to commencing portal repair activities. The applicant should be aware that <br />DRMS approval can only be obtained through the Technical Revision process. The <br />submittal will require the following: <br />a. The technical memorandum summarizing the information, data, and <br />design resulting from the work plan outlined in the bulleted list above the <br />referenced paragraph on page 4. <br />b. There is no discussion in Attachment D -2 related to portal repair <br />drawings and specifications.
