(Attachment D -1), Wildcat will submit engineering stability analyses meeting the
requirements of Rule 6.5 for the access road slopes during operation and final
reclamation. The analyses will include models for the fill and cut slopes based on the
new geotechnical investigation and the proposed final reclamation slopes.
