Please confirm all fill material used to construct the culvert fill <br />and out slope of the access road will be removed as part of final reclamation. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 30. <br />Wildcat will clarify in the Access Easement Closure section at page 5 of the <br />Reclamation Plan that: "In addition, the road fill, including the culvert and fill material <br />used to construct the culvert fill and out slope of the access road, will be removed." <br />Adequacy Issue No. 31. <br />In the Access Easement Closure section the Applicant states the excess road fill will be <br />used to grade the road contours into the existing topography. Please provide a work plan <br />for the fill removal, placement, compaction and final grading for the road reclamation <br />and closure. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 31. <br />Upon completion of the engineering and geologic evaluations set forth in the Pre - <br />Construction Activities section of Wildcat's New Access Road Construction Work Plan <br />(Attachment D -1), Wildcat will submit a work plan for the fill removal, placement, <br />compaction and final grading for the road reclamation and closure. Wildcat will submit <br />this work plan for DRMS review and approval through the Technical Revision or <br />Amendment process. <br />6.5 Geotechnical Stability Exhibit <br />Adequacy Issue No. 32. <br />The Applicant submitted the Geotechnical Reconnaissance report prepared by R <br />Squared, Inc. dated May 29, 2010 (Attachment 6.5.3) as the Geotechnical Stability <br />Exhibit. The report does not comply with the requirements of Rule 6.5. Please submit <br />engineering stability analyses for the access road slopes during operation and final <br />reclamation.
