Figure 5 in Attachment 6.5.3 — Geotechnical <br />Reconnaissance Mine Access Road is a photograph of the lower portion of the retaining <br />wall and does not indicate the locations of the proposed test boring and pits. Please <br />explain this discrepancy and provide a location map for the proposed borings and pits. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 7. <br />Wildcat will correct this reference as follows: "Exhibit 6.5 -3." <br />Adequacy Issue No. 8. <br />In the Pre - Construction Activities section of the Work Plan the Applicant states they will <br />perform an engineering and geologic evaluation for the stability of cut slopes in rock and <br />colluviums areas. The Applicant has not proposed test boring in these areas. Please <br />explain how the engineering and geologic evaluation will be completed without <br />additional information. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 8. <br />See supra Response to Adequacy Issue No. 7.
