The <br />Division assumes the Applicant intends to refer to Attachment 6.5.3 and suggest the <br />Applicant correct the inconsistency to avoid confusion in the future. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 2. <br />Wildcat has corrected the references to Attachment 6.5.3. <br />Page 4, second full paragraph: "As noted in the Attachment 6.5.3 the near <br />vertical cut slopes ...." <br />Page 5, Pre - Construction Activities, second bullet: "at the approximate location <br />shown in Figure 6.5 -3 ...." <br />Adequacy Issue No. 3. <br />In the Purpose section of the Work Plan the Applicant references Attachment D -1 at <br />Sheet C -4.11 for the Existing Conditions from Station 16 +00 to 21 +00. Sheet C -4.11 in <br />Attachment D -1 depicts the access road from Sta. 14 +00 to 17 +00. Please correct this <br />inconsistency. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 3. <br />Wildcat has corrected the reference for Existing Conditions from Station 16 +00 <br />to 21 +00. The correct reference should be to Sheets C4.11 (Station 14 +00 to 17 +00) and <br />C4.12 (17 +00 to 21 +00). <br />Adequacy Issue No. 4. <br />In the Purpose section of the Work Plan the Applicant states where colluvium is exposed <br />between Sta. 16 +00 and 18 +00 the (slope) will be no steeper than 1.5 (H) to 1 (V). <br />a. The CLC Associates (CLC) road plan submitted as part of Attachment D- <br />1 indicates a proposed cut slope of 1:1. Please revise the CLC plans to <br />indicated 1.5:1 slopes. <br />b. Did the Applicant intend to refer to the cut slope area from Sta. 16 +00 to <br />18 +80 above?
