o Wildcat will modify the Design Specifications, Designated Chemical
Storage, May Day No. 1 Affected Area section at Page 18 of Exhibit U, by
adding the following language to the end of the "Pipelines for tailings and
recycled process water" bullet:

• Wildcat will implement the following work plan to develop design
specifications, to construct and to obtain licensed professional engineer
certification of the Pipelines for tailings and recycled process water as an
Environmental Protection Facility:
• Following completion of Portal Collapse Repair Work Plan,
Attachment D -2, prepare design for pipelines for tailings and recycled
process water;
• Submit revised design plans for the pipelines for tailings and recycled
process water through the Technical Revision or Amendment process;
and,
• After obtaining DRMS approval through the Technical Revision or
Amendment process, proceed with remainder of work plan, perform
scope of work to construct the pipelines for tailings and recycled
process water, and obtain licensed professional engineer certification
of the pipelines for tailings and recycled process water as
Environmental Protection Facility.
• Recycled process water storage tanks.
o See supra bullet regarding location of dewatering of tailings. The recycled
process water storage tanks are located in the Filter Press Building and will
be constructed and certified as Environmental Protection Facilities in the
same manner as the location for dewatering of tailings.
• Tailings disposal and /or storage locations.
o Wildcat has shown the location of the proposed location for tailings disposal
on maps at Exhibit D, Figure D -4.
o Wildcat will modify the Design Specifications, Designated Chemical
Storage, Underground workings section at Page 19 of Exhibit U, by adding
the following language to the end of the "Tailings disposal locations" bullet:
• Wildcat will implement the following sub -work plan during
implementation of the Dry Stacked Tailings Work Plan, Attachment D -5,
to develop design specifications, to construct and to obtain licensed
