3.4 MAINTENANCE OF DOCUMENTS <br />statement that equipment and materials incorporated in the work <br />and workmanship comply with the Contract. <br />A. The Contractor shall maintain one set of contract documents on site. <br />B. Record Documents and samples shall be stored in the Contractor field <br />office apart from documents used for construction. <br />C. Record documents are to be maintained in a clean, dry, and legible <br />condition and shall not be used for construction purposes. <br />D. The Contractor shall keep record documents and samples available for <br />inspection by Rio Grande Silver. <br />3.5 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />A. The Contractor shall provide and maintain at the project site one <br />complete job set of the Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Specifications in <br />good, clean, and readable condition. The job set Drawings and <br />Specifications shall be available for review at any time by Rio Grande <br />Silver. <br />B. Neatly inscribe on the Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Specifications job <br />set all changes in work. Note changes with red pencil or red ink; Note all <br />data and changes on the job set in sufficient detail and clarity and provide <br />information necessary to prepare accurate Record Drawings. Information <br />shall be recorded concurrently with construction progress. No work shall <br />be concealed or covered in a manner that would prevent inspection until <br />required information is recorded and approved by Rio Grande Silver. <br />Each item of actual construction shall be recorded. If record Drawings are <br />not kept up to date, Rio Grande Silver may recommend retainage be <br />withheld from progress payments. <br />C. Specifications shall be legibly marked and each item of actual <br />construction recorded including the following <br />1. Manufacturer, trade name, and model number of each product <br />actually installed, particularly optional items and substitute items. <br />2. Changes made by addenda and modifications. <br />D. After project completion, submit the original job set of redlined Design <br />Drawings and Specifications signed by the Project Site Superintendent. <br />E.
