3. Revised page 2.05- 44.22, paragraph 1, states that the wildlife consultation is documented by a <br />consultation letter from the CDOW, provided in Exhibit 23C. Exhibit 23C was not provided <br />with the submitted application. Please provide Exhibit 23C or revise page 2.05- 44.22. <br />4. The Division as compiled the attached reclamation cost estimate for the tasks associated with <br />the reclamation of the 15LT Ventilation Shaft Pad and Road. This estimate is sufficient to <br />reclaim all areas associated with the proposed activities under TR77. TCC submitted a <br />reclamation cost estimate in the amount of $34,600.00. The Division's total reclamation costs <br />associated with these activities are estimated to be $30,758.17. The Division accepts TCCs <br />estimate for tasks required to reclaim the 15 LT Vent Shaft.
