However, a slope of 0.8% is given for the ditch while the ditch <br />design on page Exh. 9 -46 uses a slope of 8.0 %. In the second paragraph, "from" is <br />misspelled "form ", and I believe the road runs approximately 1,000 feet within the UP <br />right -of -way. On page 2.05 -31, the last paragraph states that reclaimed areas will be compacted <br />to at least 95% of the MDD. For reclaimed areas, less compaction is probably better <br />— the Division suggests that 90 %, and +1- 4% of optimum moisture would suffice. <br />E. On page 2.05 -49, in the last sentence of the 2 paragraph of (a): consider adding <br />the phrase `of the bridge and rail line is complete" after the word, "construction." <br />CAM: Please see revised page 2.05 -49 <br />F.
