August 16,2011 C-1981-022/Elk Creek Mine BFB <br /> the pad(photo 6). <br /> The willows were removed from pond F at the reclaimed Hubbard Creek Fansite. <br /> Sediment control structures need to be installed at the reclaimed access road to GVB-15-07. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br /> The drill rig was preparing to drill on pad GVB-18-04-C. The sediment control berm was constructed <br /> with an outlet and check dams(photo 7). The mud pit was dug but not filled with water. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15❑ Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> All the pads that were reclaimed and inspected this year were seeded upon completion of re-grading. <br /> The access road that branches off from the Bear Creek road to the west was reclaimed in 2010.
