Additional baseline sampling <br />results will need to be submitted for this station. <br />CAM - Monitoring continues on at the Lower Downstream Loam Drain monitoring <br />station. Two quarters are available and a third quarter will be collected in June. <br />Division Response: To complete the four quarters of baseline monitoring for <br />Lower Loma Drain please submit the available monitoring results as they are <br />obtained and update Appendix 3 accordingly. <br />CAM - Attached are additional monitoring data for Lower Loma Drain and should be <br />incorporated into Exhibit 3. <br />14 -15. Items resolved. <br />15a. On page 2.05 -59 of the April 11, 2011 submittal, the first sentence states that the <br />Colorado River will not be monitored. Please correct this statement since the <br />river is part of the water monitoring program. <br />CAM - The statement now on page 2.05 -63 was clarified. The Colorado River is part of <br />the baseline monitoring program. CAM does not intend to perform routine <br />monitoring of the Colorado River beyond baseline collection. Please also see <br />response in item number 93. <br />Division Response: Page 2.05 -63 was revised in the July 8, 2011 submittal to <br />state that the Colorado River is not part of the long term hydrologic monitoring <br />program, which was agreed to by the Division. The revised text states that four <br />quarters of pre -bond release hydrologic data will be gathered for the Colorado <br />River. However, please also add that baseline hydrologic data will be <br />obtained for the Colorado River. <br />CAM - Page 2.05 -64 was revised. <br />16 -20.
