Annual Reclamation Report Form in 2006. At this time it became evident that the
CDRMS database and the Permit /Reports had discrepancies regarding acreage. An
extensive review of acreages was conducted in collaboration with CDRMS, CMI and
WWC in 2006, resulting in a CDRMS Approved 2005 Annual Reclamation Report.
Acreages within the Permit Renewal No. 6 Application are consistent with those
validated by Byron Walker of CDRMS in 2006 and have been applied to all permit
documentation since.
The Disturbed Area and Affected Area Acreage submitted in the Permit Renewal No. 6
Application are consistent with the CDRMS Approved 2010 Annual Reclamation Report,
CDRMS Approved 2009 Annual Reclamation Report, CDRMS Approved 2008 Annual
Reclamation Report, CDRMS Approved 2007 Annual Reclamation Report, CDRMS
Approved 2006 Annual Reclamation Report and CDRMS Approved 2005 Annual
Reclamation Report.
The Permit Acreage and Private Acreage submitted in the Permit Renewal No. 6
Application are consistent with CDRMS Approved Permit Renewal Application No. 5
approved February 15, 2007 and with CDRMS Approved Permit Renewal Application
No. 4 approved December 1, 2001.
CMI recommends that the CDRMS database reflect the current approved acreages
submitted in the Permit Renewal No. 6 Application.
We appreciate the assistance CDRMS personnel have provided in completing this submittal. If
discrepancies persist, further evaluation by CDRMS, CMI and WWC may be warranted to ease
Bond Release. Should the CDRMS have any comments and/or concerns regarding this
submittal, please contact Jim Tarazoff of CMI or myself at your convenience.
Troy Summers
Project Manager
TNS
File: 2011 -180
cc: Chevron (Tarazoff)
Permit (Weinman)
 V V V V CENGINEERING
