(CMI) Edna Mine, Permit No. C -1980 -001 (Permit) and <br />verbal communication with Janet Binns of CDRMS on August 12, 2011. The First Round <br />Comments were presented in CDRMS Letter from Janet Binns on July 18, 2011 and received by <br />WWC Engineering (WWC) on August 4, 2011. This response pertains to Permit Renewal <br />Application No. 6 submitted on May 10, 2011 to CDRMS by WWC on behalf of CMI. CDRMS <br />Comments are reproduced below for clarity. CMI responses are in italicized text below the <br />pertinent comment. <br />1. The Division has identified discrepancies in the Permit Renewal application Acreage <br />values. The applicant's total disturbed area, affected area, permit acreage, and private <br />surface acreage do not agree with the Division's database. The Division's database was <br />last corrected on September 20, 2000. Please bring Chevron's acreage values into <br />agreement with the Division's database. <br />CMI Response <br />Per verbal discussion with Janet Binns on August 12, 2011 CMI corroborates acreages <br />submitted within the Permit Renewal No. 6 Application.
