The design of all improvements shall be submitted to the <br />Public Works Department for approval. The design and construction of all <br />improvements shall comply with the Pueblo County Roadway Design and <br />Construction Standards. <br />11. If the applicant chooses to use Route 2, they shall enter into an agreement with <br />Pueblo County for the evaluation and necessary improvements to the haul route. At <br />a minimum, the applicant shall reconstruct Lane 36 from the access point to the <br />paved section of Lane 36 to a paved minor collector rural standard of 32 feet with 2- <br />foot gravel shoulders. The applicant will repair damages to 36 Lane occurring from <br />its use as a, haul route by the applicant as determined by the Public Works Director. <br />The design of all improvements shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />for approval. The design and construction of all improvements shall comply with the <br />Pueblo County Roadway Design and Construction Standards. <br />12.
