We thank the Colorado Historical Society for the time they <br />took in reviewing the site. Grand County will comply with CRS <br />24 -80 Part 13 if human remains are found on the site during <br />mining and reclamation. <br />Exhibit D - Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4) <br />4. Find attached a copy of the Inert Material Notice and <br />Affidavit for this mine filed this week. We apologize for not <br />having the Import Fill Notice and affidavit on file for this <br />mine. The Inert Material Notice attached addresses' the <br />requirement in Rule 3.1.5(9) and I will address the listed <br />items in the following text. <br />(a) Map Exhibit C -1 Mining Plan Map shows the location of the <br />imported topsoil stockpile. <br />(b) At this time we have approximately 20,000 yds in the imported <br />topsoil pile but additional inert material may be imported <br />over the life of the mine. The exact location of where it <br />will come from or where it will be stockpiles is unknown at <br />this time. That information will be supplied, if material is <br />imported, to the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety each <br />year in the annual report. <br />(c) Attached is a copy of the Inert Fill Notice and Affidavit <br />submitted to the Division in August 2011. <br />
