The 8.6 acres of affected area for Permit M- 2001 -036 overlaps an equivalent amount of affected area for Permit M- 1977 -300. Cotter requests the transfer of reclamation responsibility for the overlapping affected area from Permit M- 1977 -300 to Permit M- 2001 -036. The overlapping area is no longer required for the metal mining operation and will be used as part of the construction materials mining operation. Table C details the reclamation work that will be removed from the reclamation plan and financial warranty for Permit M- 1977 -300 and transferred to Permit M- 2001 -036.
