Emergency Response and Management Plan <br />Rule 8 <br />IV. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES <br />1. Facility Personnel Responsibilities: <br />a. Emergency management responsibility falls on the highest - ranking employee on <br />site as follows: <br />Randall Oser - President <br />George M.L. Robinson - Site Manager — Agent <br />b. Responsibilities during an emergency: The highest - ranking employee on site is <br />responsible for managing the emergency response and will coordinate these <br />activities: <br />i. Assess Emergency Level <br />ii. Account for locations of all personnel who were in the area/facility at the <br />beginning of the emergency <br />iii. Implement emergency response <br />iv. Notify the appropriate emergency personnel as found in Emergency <br />Contact Index <br />iv. Provide on -site supervision of response activities <br />v. Assess and deploy needed resources and coordinating activities <br />vi. Coordinate response with local emergency responders (fire, sheriff) <br />vii. Complete all reports associated with emergency <br />viii.
