GENERAL DESCRIPTION <br />The May Day Idaho Mine Complex is located in La Plata County, Colorado, four (4) miles west <br />of CR 124. <br />The site facility has an open field landing site. A helicopter landing pad is located 100 yards east <br />of CR124. An emergency response communication station is located Wildcat base of operations <br />4314 CR124 Hesperus CO 81326. See Ex. A (map). <br />The access road is gated and unlocked during regular business hours. <br />III.
