The source of water is located near the collapsed <br />Idaho Adit. <br />Wildcat will use groundwater in close proximity to the historical Idaho Mill and Portal <br />and from a groundwater production well at the May Day No. 1. A production water well <br />permit application is currently being processed by the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources. Existing water rights allow Wildcat to use 40 gallons per minute from each <br />source. <br />6.4.7(5) Discharge Permit <br />The Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment (CDPHE) issued a <br />CDPS General Permit for Stormwater Discharges associated with Metal Mining to <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation, Permit No. COR- 04000, Facility No. COR- 040222, on <br />October 17, 2006. Wildcat is in the process of revising this permit to reflect the mining <br />activities contemplated by this Section 112d mining permit application. Wildcat has also <br />applied for coverage under a CDPS Industrial Individual Wastewater Discharge Permit <br />for the May Day Idaho Mine Complex, and Wildcat has applied for and obtained <br />coverage, via Permit No. COR03 H717, under the CDPS General Permit for Stormwater <br />Discharges Associated with Construction Activity. <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation <br />May Day Idaho Mine Complex — 112d Permit Application <br />Revised August, 2011 <br />Exhibit G — Rule 6.4.7 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />
