ERICH RAUBER,P.E. <br />The New Access Road was constructed without approval from the appropriate regulatory <br />authorities in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, a cease and desist order was placed on Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation ( "Wildcat ") to stop all mining and related activities. During the 2008 -2009 <br />timeframe several road design documents were submitted to the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) for approval. The plans were not approved; however <br />several letters from the DRMS were received by Wildcat outlining design and construction <br />design deficiencies.
