Mining Plan
Exhibit D
F. Ore Stockpile Processing
Several historic stockpiles have been identified as having ore concentrations that are
suitable for milling and or for offsite processing. These are located at:
• May Day No. 2 bench;
• Idaho No. 1 bench; and
• Lamb bench.
The ore stockpiles (Figure D -5) will be re- located to the May Day No. 1 adit, using pre-
existing roads or hauled offsite for processing.
G. Augmentation Pond Construction
If an augmentation pond is required pursuant to Colorado State Engineer (SEO)
requirements, the augmentation pond will be located within the designated Idaho
Affected Area (Figure C -4). The augmentation pond construction work plan is presented
in Attachment D -6. The pond will be a non jurisdictional structure as defined by the
Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR) regulations, and will be designed by a
Colorado Registered Professional engineer in accordance with DWR regulations and
maintained in accordance with SEO water right requirements.
H Reclamation Activities
Channel reclamation activities will be undertaken to remove soil and rock debris located
in Little Deadwood Gulch at both the May Day No. 2 and Chief Portal Operational Areas
per the approved work plans (See Attachment D -3 and Attachment D -4, respectively).
Areas disturbed when stockpiles are consolidated will be graded, contoured, stabilized,
and seeded in accordance with the Reclamation Plan. (Exhibit E).
2. Phase 2 - Milling Optimization
Following the mill retrofit, there will be a period of milling optimization using 7,000 tons
of the material that is located within the May Day No. 1 underground workings and ore
stored on the surface. Optimization is estimated to take at least 90 days following mill
commissioning. A final mill process description will be provided to DRMS within 30
days of the completion of the optimization phase.
Wildcat Mining Corporation
May Day Idaho Mine Complex — 112d Permit Application
Revised August, 2011
Exhibit D — Rule 6.4.4
