July 27, 2011 <br />The coal debris along the Haul road needs to be removed (photo 2). <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS: Rule 4.02: <br />The mine ID sign was in place at the main entrance, light use road and the county road by the rail road crossing. <br />Topsoil signs were was properly displayed. Permit boundary markers were in place. <br />TOPSOIL: <br />The vegetative cover of topsoil stock piles No. 1 & 2 and the south facing slope between the Loadout and the <br />tracks are dominated by cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum) and jointed goatgrass (Aegilops cylindrica), Colorado class <br />C and B weeds, respectively (photos 3 & 4).
