6,000 gallon tank has been installed for the wash plant. The Site SPCC has been <br />updated. The truck scale and scale house /office trailer is in place as shown. <br />(2) No reclamation could be done in the past year since mining has recently reached <br />the approximate maximum disturbance of 30 acres. Any future additional <br />disturbance must be accompanied by an equal amount of land reclaimed. <br />(3) Weeds were identified on the site and were sprayed. Weed spraying is expected to <br />be needed in 2012 as well. <br />(4) The power line was relocated around the current disturbance to allow for full <br />mining depth. <br />(5) For the upcoming year, crushing. There will be no new disturbances for the Year <br />2011 -2012. Next year will involve mining in the eastern portion of the existing <br />disturbance area to a maximum depth of 40 feet, which is the allowed depth of the <br />permit. The upper terrace is where the wash plant is located and the lower terrace <br />is where the primary crusher is located. As the mining progresses the area of the <br />lower terrace will expand as the upper terrace is reduced in area.
