A variety of on- <br />site equipment suitable for emergency response and accessibility to off -site resources are maintained. <br />T - A - 4.1 On - Site Response Equipment <br />A wide variety of primary emergency response equipment is maintained at the facility in a state of <br />operational readiness in close proximity to areas that have an increased possibility for potentially harmful <br />releases and incidents. Employees are responsible for knowing the location and use of this emergency <br />response equipment. Table T -A -3 — On -Site Response Equipment provides a summary of available <br />primary response equipment. As the construction of the reagent storage area of the new mill building is <br />completed, response equipment and materials, appropriate for the designated chemicals stored and <br />used, will be located in this area. <br />Table T -A -3: On -Site Response Equipment <br />Response equipment is to be tested and inspected by qualified personnel periodically. <br />Other non - specific response equipment is available depending on the emergency.
