Exhibit L — Reclamation Costs <br />6.4.12 EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs <br />All information necessary to calculate the costs of reclamation must be submitted <br />and broken down into the various major phases of reclamation. The information <br />provided by the Operator /Applicant must be sufficient to calculate the cost of <br />reclamation that would be incurred by the state. <br />The Office may request the Operator /Applicant to provide additional, reasonable <br />data to substantiate said Operator /Applicant's estimate of the cost of reclamation <br />for all Affected Lands. <br />SUMMARY OVERVIEW: <br />Assumptions of Affected Lands in the Pre - Disturbed State of the Application for <br />Warranty Determinations. Where appropriate, information is generalized and <br />approximated from similar estimates determined by the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation Mining and Safety (RMS), as indicated: <br />RECLAMATION EXPOSURE: <br />Based upon the Conveyor Route Plans of this application, and as iterated in the <br />correlated Kurtz Project (OMLR Permit M1999 -006) Technical Revision, <br />respective of the included Divide Constructor's estimates provided at the back of <br />this exhibit, anticipated total costs for disassembly of the conveyor line is as <br />follows: <br />It is the preference of the applicant that all reclamation expenses for dismantling <br />the conveyor system within the Kurtz Project Permit Area be assigned to the <br />Heintzelman Permit Conveyor Amendment.
