Eagle Mine Project, and is located at or
near SE V4 NE 1 /4 Sec 2, T. 10N., Range
92 W., 6th Prime Meriden, Moffat
County, Colorado.
The proposed commencement date is
July 1, 2011, and the proposed date of
completion is July 1, 2018. The pro-
posed future use of the land Is range
land.
