I have also enclosed a copy of the notarized affidavit of '—
publication, Craig Daily Press.
Jennifer has been in contact with me the last few days. She wanted clarification as to the type
of gates we will use. I explained that we would use ordinary stock panel gates. She also inquired
if we would lock the gates at the end of the season. The range manager requested we leave the
gate open so if any critters found their way in, they would be able to find their way out through
the open gate. I told her that was fine. I also explained that we will have one of our partners
monitoring the property on a very regular basis. Her other inquiry dealt with any excess water
in the ponds at end of season. I explained that the last run of the year would consume all water
and if a very small amount was left, we would allow this amount to seep into the bottom of the
pond. She said this was fine and somehow knew that we were not being required to acquire a
discharge permit.
Should you have question please do not hesitate to call. You may always reach me at 720 -289-
1455.
Thank you for your time and effort.
Sincerel
Martin R Bauer
