Please refer to this number in <br />all future correspondence. <br />Based on our initial review of your filing, we have determined your Notice does not contain all information <br />required by the BLM surface management regulations at 43 CFR 3809.301. The following information must be <br />provided in order for your Notice to be complete: <br />• § 3809.301 (b)(1) Operator Information: Please include taxpayer identification number of the <br />operator(s). <br />• § 3809.301 (c) Additional information is required by BLM to ensure the prevention of unnecessary or <br />undue degradation of public lands. Please address the following items: <br />1. How will the introduction of noxious or invasive weed species be prevented? A suggested method may <br />be that prior to accessing BLM lands and the staging area, all drilling and necessary exploration <br />equipment (including water truck, ATV's, heavy equipment, etc.) will be steam - cleaned or power <br />washed to remove any noxious weed seed material embedded in mud/soil. <br />2. How will post operation reclamation be conducted to ensure adequate revegetation and prevention of the <br />introduction of noxious or invasive species? <br />3. No points of contact for a release of any chemical, oil, petroleum product, or sewage, etc., (regardless of <br />quantity) have been identified.
