The Refuse should be graded to ensure that ran-Off from <br /> the pile to the RDA ditches is achieved. <br /> - See comments in the Hydrology section of this report pertaining to the RDA fill down drains. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03Constmction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)Dminage 4.03.l(4y4.03.2(4)Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5)and(6)Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Roads in and around the mine site and Jansen Loadout were in stable condition. Dust suppression activities were <br /> ongoing during the entire inspection. No problems were noted. <br /> SUPPORT FACILrf1ES-Rule 4.04: <br /> Support facilities were in good condition at the time of the inspection. The coal silos remain idle at the time of the <br /> inspection. No problems were noted with the exception of the following: <br /> - All non coal waste will need to be removed from the area of the water tank SAE. <br /> - All non coal waste will need to be removed from the area in and around the west portal. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> All required Mine ID signs,disturbance area markers,topsoil markers and stream buffer signs were in place and in <br /> compliance with the exception of the following: <br /> - Disturbance area markers on the west in of the conveyor at the Jansen Loadout will need to be relocated to the <br /> appropriate areas. <br /> - Additional Stream Buffer Zone markers are needed behind the thickener tank and the truck scale. <br /> - Disturbance markers will need to be relocated to appropriate locations along the north side of the access road to <br /> the west portal just north of the explosive magazine location. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 8 of 11 <br /> -• Alt&._ <br />
