July 26,2011 C-1981-012/New Elk Mine JDM <br /> b ' <br /> OTHER(SPECEFY): <br /> This was a complete coal inspection of the New Elk Mine operated by New Elk Coal Company,conducted by <br /> Jason Musick and Dan Hernandez of the Division of Reclamation,Mining,and Safety. Ron Thompson,Bobby <br /> Steele,and Spencer Komaroski accompanied various portions of the inspection Ground conditions were dry and <br /> the weather was clew/cloudy during the inspection. <br /> PROCESSING WASTEICOAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.1 IDminage Control; Surface <br /> Stabilization; Placement: <br /> Refuse was observed stockpiled toward the back of the refuse pile with a track hoe and articulated truck utilizing <br /> loading operations as the refuse comes off of the conveyor.
